Before Service Commencement

Duplicate Payment

If a client makes multiple payments for the same service by mistake, the excess payment may be refunded.

Non-Serviceability

If ChamberX Consulting LLP determines that the requested service cannot be provided due to regulatory or operational limitations, a refund may be issued.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:

• work on the service has already started
• documents or applications have been prepared
• government filings or statutory processes have been initiated
• government fees or third-party charges have been paid
• delays occur due to government authorities or regulatory bodies
• incomplete or incorrect information was provided by the client

Government fees, statutory charges, and payments made to third parties are non-refundable.


5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations where partial work has already been completed, ChamberX Consulting LLP may issue a partial refund at its discretion after deducting:

• work already performed
• consultation charges
• administrative costs


6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–15 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Refunds will normally be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.


7. Modification of Services

In some situations, clients may request modification of the service scope instead of cancellation.

Additional charges may apply depending on the revised requirements.


8. Dispute Resolution

If there are concerns regarding a service, clients are encouraged to contact our support team first so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved professionally.
